Kangaroo Bay Achieves Major Project Status

Chambroad Australia today congratulated and thanked the Tasmanian State Government on its decision to declare the Kangaroo Bay Hotel as a Major Project. Kangaroo Bay Project Manager Greg Hudson said Minister for Planning Felix Ellis’ Declaration gives the $65 million hotel development the opportunity for a fair hearing in front to the independent assessment panel of the Tasmanian Planning Commission.

Chambroad Overseas Investment Australia Pty Ltd today welcomed the University of Tasmania’s announcement to become involved in the major development at Kangaroo Bay.
Chambroad Director and Deputy-General Manager Finely Zhang said the University of Tasmania will proceed with a hospitality school as part of the new hotel development at Kangaroo Bay.
“UTas signed an MoU with Chambroad with in July, 2019 and this is the next exciting phase of our project,” Mr Zhang said.
